All of our physicians are MDs, Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and consistently update their knowledge base through Continuing Medical Education activities. They are members of the AMA (American Medical Association), fellows of the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) and members of the IMS (Indiana Medical Society).
Southside Pediatrics realized the importance of real mentored experience in the education of new doctors and so you may sometimes see a medical student or a resident physician accompanying your doctor for your visit. You will always be asked if it is okay with you at that visit and can decline if you prefer to see your doctor alone.
Our doctors have privileges at St Francis Hospital, conveniently located close by, and are very involved in their pediatric program’s development and continued improvement by serving in leadership roles in the Pediatric Department and by being active in various hospital committees that address the needs of our patients.
Southside Pediatric doctors can attend to newborns at St Francis Hospital and provide care for any of our patients who require admission to their Pediatric Unit.
